Don’t Worry About Personal Injury Claims

You walk into one of your favorite lunch time restaurants and before you know what is happening you are on the floor. The manager rushes to your aid, helps you up, and apologizes for their mistake of not having the proper wet floor sign out to aid in preventing your fall and therefore your personal injury. You are also told at this time you can not return to work as your doctor has not released you to do so.

After returning home you call your attorney and tell him that there is no way you can stay home from work for several months. He tells you not to be concerned as the insurance company for the restaurant will begin making weekly disability payments to you. All you need to do is concentrate on getting better.

During this meeting you learn that the grocery store is responsible for all your medical bills including any physical therapy. You are also informed that you may be able to receive temporary disability payments while you are out of work and at the end of your claim you should expect to receive payment for any pain and suffering. Needless to say you are very relieved to learn all of this information;however, you are concerned with how you will pay the attorney fees.

You finally are cleared by your physical thearpist and your doctor has released you to return to work. As you look back over this entire situation you are pleased that everything has worked out. The inusrance company has paid you temporary disability while you have been out of work, all your medical bills have been paid, and you have also been awarded a sufficent amount of money for the pain and suffering you have experienced. You have learned that working with a good attorney most of the concerns from a persoanl injury can be taken care of.
